Welcome to Shri Shri Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools.

Admissions for classes Nursery, KG-I, KG-II, and Class-I are based on verbal/written tests and/or interviews. For other classes (VI, IX, and XI), admissions are merit-based. The minimum age for Nursery admission is 3 years as of March 31 in the year of admission. In a significant development, the school is now accepting online applications for admissions from Nursery to 12th class for the academic year 2024-2025. Fees and Tuition and Scholarships

The registration fee is due at the time of registration, submitted along with the application for admission. Upon admission, the admission fee, caution money, and annual charges are to be paid in full.   In exceptional circumstances, monthly payments may be permitted upon request to the Principal.

The school extends fee concessions and scholarships to deserving students based on merit cum means; however, the school reserves the right to accept or reject fee concessions at its discretion.

Fees and Tuition and Scholarships

Employees of Shri Maharishi Vidya Mandir and school staff are charged half caution money and half tuition fees. Employees are encouraged to stay informed about fee concession policies through policy circulars issued from time to time. Students are permitted to avail only one concession at a time.

Shri Maharishi Vidya Mandir also align with the guidelines of the RTE Act, offering necessary benefits to the underprivileged class through admissions guided by state authorities.

Withdrawal Policy

In the event of a student’s withdrawal from the school, for any reason whatsoever, the following fee rules apply (fees encompass all types, including tuition fees):

  1. a) Full fee for the month during which the application for withdrawal is submitted by the 10th of that month.
  1. b) If the request for withdrawal is made after the 10th of a specific month, the full fee for the next month is also payable.

Withdrawal Policy

However, annual charges must be paid in full in both cases. A transfer certificate will not be issued until all outstanding dues to the school, including fees, other payments, fines, etc., are settled. For withdrawals due to any of the following reasons/charges, the payment of fees in lieu of notice is not applicable:

a) Acts of indiscipline;
b) Irregular attendance/too short attendance.
c) Unsatisfactory progress in work/studies.
d) Any other reason(s) arising from the violation of school rules and the laws of the nation.

In the instances mentioned above, the school retains the authority to order/request withdrawal.

Refund Policy

  • Once deposited, no fee shall be refunded.( exception on Managements Approval )
  • Caution money is refundable upon application from parents, provided at least one month’s notice is given.
  • Refunds will be processed after obtaining a ‘No Dues Certificate’ from all departments.
  • Caution money will be adjusted against outstanding dues, breakages, etc. payable.
