Co-Curricular Section
Following their morning TM practice, students at Shri Shri Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools engage in CBSE subjects. Drawing upon the Cosmic Intelligence accessed during meditation, they experience breakthroughs in problem-solving ability. This integration of human and Cosmic Intelligence intensifies as they advance through each standard.
SMVM’s Care for Mental and Physical Health of Students
SMVMs provide state-of-the-art facilities for the all-round development of students, including well-stocked libraries and spacious, well-equipped science laboratories. Qualified doctors conduct regular medical check-ups.
Sports Activities
Physical education at SMVM promotes fitness, cooperation, sportsmanship, and school spirit. The schools boast large playfields for popular sports like cricket, volleyball, hockey, football, and tennis. Indoor games such as carom, table tennis, and chess are also pursued with equal fervour. Additionally, students learn Transcendental Consciousness(Yogic Chetna), Yogasanas, and Pranayama to manage stress and improve concentration.
Inter House Competition
To aid students in integrating this new synergy, SMVM has designed special charts presenting the lessons of each subject in terms of the whole discipline and the student's own experience of self.As students’ progress through their studies, they become well-versed in modern disciplines while integrating the unbounded nature of cosmic intelligence into their minds and bodies. In this mature state, they can bring universal intelligence to bear upon any subject of their choosing.
